Founded in 2004, Georgian Wines owns a 40 hectare Saferavi vineyard in Kvareli, Kakheti that was built in 2005. The vineyard is located on the dry river bed of the river Zangaura, which gives the wine a special taste and scent. Views of the Caucasus mountains can be seen from the Marani located in the Alazani valley. In the Marani, wine is made in both modern, and traditional ways. Today, the company offers a wide selection of both white and red wines. Saperavi 2015 honored at Decanter Awards.
